What do you enjoyed outside of work?
Outside of work, I love spending time in nature, particularly going for long walks and visiting the seaside - I find being near water especially restorative. I like making art as well, and find that these creative activities help me stay grounded and bring a sense of calm to balance the emotional demands of therapeutic work.
